I have lived in this house for 10 years and will be sorry to leave but am reocating to Cardiff where my family live. Before I brought it I was looking for somewhere near the town but within walking distance (5 minutes walk) I wanted off road parking, fields behind (for the cats), a sunny private garden with good soil. Easy property to clean and cheap to maintain.This house has got all of these qualities. It's also 3 mintues walk from the river Teifi (where I often see otters)and the entrance to Cilgerran wildlife park. A 10 minute drive to Poppit beach as well. There is a good bus service into town if you don't want to walk. It is a friendly terrace and I have lovely neighbours.
