This apartment is one of a kind in Sarita Vihar. We have spent a lot of money, time and effort on this apartment to make it exactly the way we wanted it. Nearly everything in the apartment has been changed to match our taste. It has a balcony so big that it is an injustice to call it a balcony it looks more like a verandah. In the summers its a great place to have dinners under the sky and in winters you get sunlight all day long. The drawing and living area has granite flooring while rest of the rooms have vitrified tiles. The kitchen has extensive wood work from floor to ceiling. Enough space to keep stuff for a family of 6. All the doors, windows have been changed. All the bedrooms have extensive full wall to wall almirah. All the walls have pop cover. The bathrooms have also been totally redone as per requirement. The apartment is located in a block which is known for its wide lanes and beautiful parks and is for sure the best block in Sarita Vihar. It is located in a corner building. We have 3 cars which are parked in the parking below and it still leaves enough space for visitors parking. We built this apartment with a lot of love and care to live in it. It is rather unfortunate that we have to sell it for some personal reasons. All in all you will not find another apartment like this one in Sarita Vihar.
