From the Seller:I love the natural light.I feel this is a great fit for family. It is large enough that we are not constantly on top of each other and at the same time cozy and you dont feel completely isolated from any room. Our Street of homes backs up to a wooded area.Dining room large enough for a formal family Christmas meal..also been used as an officeplayroom.Contrast in Living Room and Family Roomliving room is bright with large plant window. Love putting plants in window in spring and summer and relaxing in this room and reading a cook book..peaceful..solitude..yet not isolated from family..Family Room is cozy with the fireplace in the winter and in the spring and summer the patio doors provide a great view of the patio, flowers..trees..and the kids playing in the backyard. I love that I can see the kids playing in the backyard from the dining room, kitchen, living room and the 4th bedroom upstairs. To me, each room has its on mood and depending on my mood, the house will invite me to the room best for my relaxation.Sitting on the patio in the evenings and early mornings Im always amazed at how peaceful and quiet it is. I feel more like Im in the country than the cityblue jays and cardinals all around..birds chirpingstarry sky.I love that the master bedroom is a bit separated from the childrens room to feel that you have privacy but not too far awaybeing a mom I want to feel I have privacy but also am able to still hear them if they need me in the middle of the night..I love that the bus stop is just at the end of our street. Elementary school is a 3 minute drive..Walmart is about 5 minutes and the mall is about 6 minutesjust around the corner, both Lima and Dupont Road have so many restaurants we can drive less than 5 minutes to go out to eat. Were close to movie theaters..in short..were the perfect distance from everything..5 minutes in any direction and there is Lima, Dupont or Coldwater. If traveling or working out of town were are close to 69 and 469.Neighbors!!! The DAY we closed and came over to walk around the house (didnt even have anything to move in yet)..our neighbors began introducing themselves!..and not just saying hello but one neighbor helped put in a cat door the 2nd or 3rd day we were there..and every time we were outside ALWAYS had a smile and cheerful words! Another neighbor brought a welcome plant and other neighbors began immediately inviting us over to their homes. Id never lived anywhere where everyone was so friendly. It immediately gave me a sense of belonging..a bit of what I imagined real community used to be like in the old days. The walking trails are a wonderful surprise! When we came across the paths through the woods with sweet little benches I could have just sat and stayed there in the quiet of nature all day. Its a community with a good mix of older and younger families. It so sweet to see a couple out for a walk..holding hands that you imagine have been married for 50 or so years and at the same time to see a young couple pushing a stroller..and another couple walking the dogs..everyone smiling and saying hello as they pass.Design of homethe bump outs in the window in the living room and master sweet and cut outs/bump outs (or whatever they are called) in the ceiling are awesome for accenting and add so much characterthey give it umph! ..you know..make it more than the typical 4br 2 story.I think the color scheme of the home has a warm and cozy feel in the winter and also a contemporary feel in the spring and summer.. Visitors always comment how they just want to stay because it feels so inviting.I LOVE the home in spring and summer! There are just enough bushes and perineialls..not too many..and tons of room for me to plant the flowers of my choice around the front yard light, up the sidewalk and in flower beds all around the house! The row of trees behind the houses are beautiful..you knowwe get to have the beauty of seeing all the trees of the wooded area that completely hides the neighborhood behind us in the summer..and at the same time we dont have to deal with all the leaves! haha..and the trees are brilliant with snow on them.I guess in short I love the layout and design of the homethe color schemethe yard..the neighborsthe neighborhood..being close to EVERYTHING..even the schoolscrazy pinz..and you know..I even like knowing there is a fire house and hospitals close byits just an all out great location.but at the same time..when you are home..in the home or sitting out backyou can easily forget all of those things are so close by.
