The double door entrance to the Courtyard Home is private and secure. Tiled tables in the Courtyard area allow for open air dining if desired. The living room, dining room and kitchen doors all open completely onto the courtyard. The interior living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom (double bed) all have views of the bay and the village. Our guests at the Courtyard Home may chose to rent just the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths at a very reasonable $369 per week May thru Oct and $449 per week Nov thru April. Two additional double bedrooms, each with their own private baths, are available at $95 per week each. Bedrooms are NOT rented out on an individual basis. That is to say that the courtyard home is NEVER shared with other renters.
