In my years of exclusively selling hunting properties I have been able to develop an opinion of unique and special and I would classify this place at the top of that list. The reason I think this place is so good starts with its remote location. The only road frontage that touches the property is at the gate on the east side and along the county road of the 80+/- ac in the far NW. The next characteristic is terrain. Where can you go and find this kind of scenic elevation I looked at the topographical maps showing land up and down the N. Fork of the Red and these bluffs only run for about 10 miles making them relatively scarce, especially after recalling all the boring wheat fields you have to pass on your way into this place. Hunt the river bottom with your bow and take long range rifle shots from the bluff.
